Ashley received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University. She started her career in Emergency Medicine at Vidant Health and joined Duke University in 2015. She has served as the Assistant Director to Advanced Practice and PA Residency Program Director since 2020. Ashley also teaches at the Duke Physician Assistant Program (DPAP), Duke University of Nursing (DUSON), and Duke School of Medicine (SOM). This past year, she was again named the APP Preceptor of the Year!
